Why you ache:

When there is chronic pain from an injury it is because the trauma lingers.  Micro abrasions in the muscles lead to plaques that calcium attaches to and builds upon till there are physical knots in the muscle that blood does not circulate into.  Your muscles are no longer nourished.  

What needs to happen is to get into the muscle and break up the adhesions, and deposits, this is done with physical and herbal supplements.
